
Ghost Recon Wildlands’ first DLC arrives next week
Two weeks if you’re not a season pass owner The first premium expansion for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will launch in a week for those who bought the game's season pass, and two weeks after that for everyone else. Narco Road is the name of the module launching April 18 for the pass and April 25 at the a la carte price of $14. 99. The dates and price are applicable to all platforms.
In Narco Road, players go undercover to root out three drug smuggling groups and ultimately take down their leader, the mysterious El Invisible. His subordinates include the leaders of a motorcycle gang, a street racing gang, and some kind of extreme sports aircraft gang called the Kamikazes. There are 15 story missions involved, and four new types of side missions and racing challenges have been added. Nine new weapons, four more outfits and four new vehicles are included in the expansion.
Ubisoft also announced that a game update is coming today (April 12) on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and Friday on Windows PC. This update introduces weekly solo, co-operative and community challenges that refresh every Wednesday. The challenges will be part of a six-week themed season. The first season is called "The Rise and Fall of Unidad.
