Four other games coming to the Vault soon People who subscribe to EA Access or Origin Access will be able to play Mass Effect: Andromeda for up to 10 hours before the game launches, publisher Electronic Arts announced recently. The trial will go live March 16, five days before Mass Effect: Andromeda’s March 21 release date. EA Access and Origin Access are available on Xbox One and Windows PC, respectively, meaning that as always, PlayStation 4 owners will miss out on the trial. EA also announced the next four games that it will add to the EA Access Vault: Dead Space: Ignition, Madden NFL 17, Skate 3 and Zuma’s Revenge. That will expand the Vault over the 40-game mark “later this year,” according to EA.

The set of games is notable because of the presence of Skate 3, which was originally released in 2010 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Its upcoming EA Access debut follows last fall’s addition of the game to the Xbox One backward compatibility program. EA hasn’t had a lot of success reviving older franchises — consider the lukewarm receptions to the company’s most recent iterations of NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, SSX and Mirror’s Edge.
